I am hearing Belonging along with DEI and I'd like to understand more about that aspect, and how businesses can foster that as they become more successful at expanding their DEI efforts
I just want to say thank you!
Can you suggest ways or ideas to help organizations be more inclusive. I find often people are uncomfortable being around people who don’t look like or have the same value systems.
So I work within the public relations industry. There are many firms that work in a variety of industries that I am in completion with. Do any of you have any advice on how I can highlight diversity and inclusion

Comments: 1. Great program, thank you all. 2. In order to make certain that D&I is not just a talking point, we must teach "demographics" at all age levels, and in all organizational training manuals. Question: What can be done to help society understand, that there are many forms of discrimination, hatred, and disparity, and if not identified, addressed, eradicated, and banned, we will never reflect the World as it really is.
The fact that there are at least 19 characteristics to include in our DEI efforts really hit me (is there a list to share?). I would hate to *exclude* some groups because of efforts to prioritize *including* other groups. Are there best practices to attack this large, diverse issue (no pun intended!) without alienating any of the groups involved?
