Congratulations Laura. Fascinating information. I am a bit late to your lecture. I am curious to know whether pandemic has had any impact on nutrition. In general, I have found just with myself I am more reliant on groceries vs. take out or processed foods. I have ensured that I have more source foods from the grocery store rather than relying on the "quick fix" foods. Not sure if anyone is looking at this or not.
